2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – FUNFUN

  • Orders are not eligible for cancellation once the processing phase has begun.

Delivery Timeline

  • After Dispatch: 3–8 working days.

Strict Dispatch Rules

Stock Availability Disclaimer

Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)

3. RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of order placement AND before processing starts (whichever comes earlier).

  • Once processing begins, no cancellations can be accommodated.

Return Eligibility (VERY STRICT)

Returns or replacements are accepted ONLY if the product meets one of the following criteria:

Claim Window (STRICT)

  • Any claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Rejection Conditions

Inspection Rule
